Benefits for full time employees

  • Automatic 5% employer contribution to 401K, with no matching required

Hybrid work environment and Flex time:

Employees can contribute where and when they can.

  • No company meetings on Fridays
  • Flex Time: Generally there are 4 core working hours Monday – Thursday
  • Hybrid Work: Employees have the flexibility to get work done where they will be most productive; work from home and come into the office as needed
  • Remote Work: For team members whose work is able to be performed remotely, remote work from any place in the US is welcomed and health  insurance will be provided local to that region
